Privacy Notice: Use of a Global Profile
If you participate in events organized with the Talkb2b event technology, you have the option to permanently store your profile as a Global Profile in the Talkb2b attendee database. For the storage of Global Profiles, servers hosted in Germany are used exclusively.

Storing your profile in the permanent Talkb2b attendee database allows you to register for a new event organized with Talkb2b event technology using your existing profile. This saves you time and makes it easier for you to register and fill in the forms provided by the event organizer.

Your saved profile is not visible to other users. Only you have access to the Global Profile you have saved in the permanent Talkb2b attendee database. You can change your Global Profile at any time during registration or participation in an event organized with Talkb2b event technology, or delete your Global Profile completely.

The data of your permanently stored profile (Global Profile) will not be disclosed to third parties or otherwise used by Talkb2b or the event organizers for promotional purposes. However, you agree that Talkb2b may write to you, e.g. for technical reasons, to inform you about maintenance work affecting the Global Profile database.
